The communication with staff was excellent. Thanks Noemi and all. We did have trouble accessing the apartment with my limited internet access. When we did gain access we found that it hadn’t been cleaned since the previous occupants and so we had to wait until it was done. We actually gained access at 7pm. The turntable in the microwave still hasn’t been replaced so it is unuseable. Cannot use the washing machine either for hygiene reasons. The building has a lift/elevator but doesn’t service the apartment which is in the basement. Also couldn’t find a tea towel to dry dishes. The toilet near the back of the apartment doesn’t handle solid waste easily. Ok for urination. Still the apartment was in a great location and was reasonably priced for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Would certainly consider booking it again if we were in Rome. We were a multi generational family of 4 adults and 2 children so it was just what we needed.

Great location, perfect for one or a couple.

Check in was great. Disappointed there was no universal connector on the outlets so I could charge my phone etc. Also, prevalent cigarette smoke odor. The sign says no smoking but obviously previous guest did not obey that!

Gerçekten berbat bir deneyimdi. Rezervasyon geçtikten sonra otele ulaşmak için saatlerce çağrı merkezi ile görüşmemiz gerekti. Biz defalarca aradıktan sonra gece yarısı zar zor bir otel temsilcisine ulaşabildik. Oda kötüydü su bile yoktu, yataklar rahatsız banyo berbattı. Dolaplar inşaat artık malzemeleri ile doluydu. Banyoda askı bile yoktu. Fiyat kalite dengesi gerçekten berbattı. Özellikle çalışan ilgisizliği ve şımarıklığı bize korkunç bir konaklama deneyimi yaşattı. Bir daha sokağından bile geçmeyeceğiz.
