Check in time 16:00 and check out time 9:30AM. This rental room has maybe seven other rooms so that leaves 6.5 hours to clean a few rooms. Communication was slow. NO HOT WATER the entire stay so an ice cold shower in the morning. Finally when I saw the maid cleaning the next room she went to a random wall switch and turned on the water heater. This was not communicated in the check in information. WiFi passwords had to be requested in a separate text. On the plus side, the gold fish tank at the top of the stairs in the hallway was delightful and hopefully it gives the Asian owners good fortune at this “hotel” Advice ; spend another ten Euros and find a different room in the same area.

Pessima esperienza. Camera scomoda, con pericoloso gradino per entrare in camera (secondo piano senza ascensore). No bidet in bagno, no acqua calda, condizionatore malfunzionante. Nessun personale a disposizione.

They did not honor my reservation one day prior to my arrival. Then when I got to Rome they wouldn’t answer my calls forcing me to scramble to get another hotel. It was disappointing to say the least

I problemi ci sono stati fin dal check in. Ma una volta entrato è stato terribile. Rumorosa all'inverosimile dato che sotto la finestra ci sono ristoranti con musica ad altro volume fino a tarda sera. Per chi haa macchina è meglio armarsi di tata tanta pazienza perché in pieno centro a Roma c'è maggiore disponibilità. Condizionatore rotto e nonostante il caldo non eccessivo la stanza era molto calda (io non soffro il caldo ma ho sofferto). Stanza sporca , brutta con la pittura bianca ingiallita dalla vecchiaia. Il top è il materasso, penso lo hanno ereditato dai bisnonni oppure qualcuno lo ha sfondato. Esperienza orribile. Mi sono pentito di essermi fermato a dormire prima di prendere mia moglie in aeroporto la mattina presto. Sarei stato meno stanco se partivo dalla Calabria a mezzanotte senza dormire. L'ingresso quasi impossibile da riconoscere. 1 stella è troppo

We had no sleep as the place was not secure and the window next door had been left open so swung and banged all night until it eventually smashed and dropped out. The window frame continued to bang all night long as did the metal security door. The fire escape located in our room didn’t shut so the rained flowed across the floor all night. The light switches in the bathroom were not covered so exposed wires. The toilet had no seat and the bath leaked. The single bed had dirty sheets. I have videos and photos if required

The property is around 1 hour walk from the airport and a few minutes by car but the taxi charged us 40 euros to get to the property which we were not expecting. The shower has hot water only for 3-4 minutes and then it's freezing cold. We complained this to the management but they didnt do anything about it other than just issuing an apology. We showered in cold water so if you can shower in 3 mins, then it's ok. Our check-out time was at 11am and we went outside in the morning and were going to go back to the hotel and get our bags and other stuff but the cleaners came before 11am between 9-10am and started cleaning in our absence. They even put our bags and stuff which were not in our room outside our room which was highly disrespectful. The management knew our check-out time was at 11am but sent the cleaners in early. The cleaners should have come in after 11am. Some of our expensive things were out of our bags too. This was very unprofessional, disrespectful and a privacy breach. I will never stay here again and I don't recommend this place.

With a bit of effort this could be a great place.

Little things like no light bulbs in lamps compromise the ambiance. Spa tub didn't hold water.. Just a little effort with small details could make all the difference. This hotel has water edge views. However, the big metal grills over all the windows and skylight left us a bit concerned about emergency exiting. Even the room door needed a key to get out. This place has good potential and still a good value for the cost.

Stayed for one night. Called for the shuttle and was on time. Had a nice walk on the to the end of the walk board. Room was cleaned and AC worked fine. The view was excellent. It was an OK stay for the cost. Need cash to pay for the room.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

We stayed here as a quick overnight option because our flight did not connect until the following day. I wrote several emails inquiring about their airport shuttle. None of which were returned. So we ended up spending 80 euro total on transportation to and from the hotel. The bed was uncomfortable, they were quite unfriendly, and the neighborhood appears quite dangerous. Do yourself a favor if you need a hotel close to the airport and spend a little extra. It will be worth your while.
