Due to unforseen circumstances, we were not able to stay in the room we originally booked. However, the staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and found us another place to stay nearby.

The property is a 400 yr old building but the furnishings appear to be newer. It's bright n airy due to high ceiling and the beautiful light-colored art work on the ceiling. Amir and Ahmed were wonderful. They both made sure we were taken care of. They held our luggage in the lobby on day 1 so we can visit Trvevi fountain which is just around the corner from Trevi after this we proceeded to Pantheon. They provided shampoo, body wash and towel. We'll stay there again.
