Prossimo alla Stazione Termini così come al Colosseo, gode di una posizione invidiabile. Silenzioso, pulito, camera molto ampia, letto spazioso e comodo, bagno con ampio finestrone. Eccellente l'accoglienza e le indicazioni turistiche fornite sono risultate utili e rispondenti alle esigenze.

Dejligt ophold

Dejligt sted. En gammel lejlighed, som er omdannet til værelser. Værelserne var i orden og havde, hvad vi skulle bruge. Ejeren var flink og tegnede og fortalte flittigt om de gode steder at spise og opleve. Særlig madanbefalingerne var lækre! Vi savnede dog rene håndklæder i løbet af opholdet. Ellers alt godt!

Excelente habitación pero mal trato del dueño

Tuvimos problemas con conseguir internet para comunicarnos con el dueño y confirmar la hora de check-in lo que causó que el dueño nos gritara por "no estar a tiempo" para el registro. La reserva con Hotels.com claramente decía que el check-in era hasta las 10pm, sin embargo el dueño insistió diciendo que el check in era a las 9pm. Los gritos estaban de más, al ser una situación fuera de nuestro control. Por lo demás, la habitación, comodidad, limpieza y demás excelente.

We booked this hotel , but they talked me we had to move another hostel without our any agreement. we spent "hotel cost" but live " hostel ", it's really bad experience. (Without elevators, Carry our big luggage to 5 floor) Even boss's attitude is very rude !!!

fueron unos dias en Roma, la primera vez que estabamos alli, y nos resulto muy sencillo conocer la ciudad. Bin comunicado a 5 minutos del metro. Volveria sin duda.

El único inconveniente que vimos en nuestra estancia fue que al llegar el dueño nos informó que debíamos abonar una tasa turística, el precio final ascendía a 28 euros. Creo que esto debe ser informado con anterioridad

É muito central, dá para ir a pé até diversos locais turísticos. O senhor responsável pelo hotel foi extremamente simpático. O quarto com casa de banho privada era muito agradável e encontrava-se sempre limpo. Foi uma boa experiência gostei bastante, recomendo a quem pretende umas férias para conhecer Roma.

Η διαμονή μας στο VACANCE ROMANE 2 ήταν υπέροχη.Ο ξενοδόχος Lοucas ήταν πολύ καλός...μας έδωσε χάρτη ,μας είπε που να πάμε,πώς θα μετακινηθούμε και μας ενημέρωνε σε όποια πληροφορία του ζητούσαμε....(εισιτήρια κλπ).Το ξενοδοχείο πολύ ζεστό και μεταφορικά και κυριολεκτικά (πάντα ζεστό νερό και θέρμανση).,με στυλ και φινέτσα διακοσμημένο, πολύ καθαρό ,ασφαλές και κοντά σε σχεδόν όλα τα αξιοθέατα.Επίσης,μια βραδινή βόλτα ήταν εφικτή εφόσον τα αξιοθέατα ήταν κοντά μας και είχε πολύ κόσμο στους δρόμους και πολλά φώτα,ωστόσο όταν γύριζες πολύ αργά λίγο πριν μπεις στο ξενοδοχείο φοβόσουν λίγο ,καθώς έβλεπες πολλούς ξένους αλλά οκ όλα καλά.. Τέλος σε ένα μαγικό ταξίδι στην αιώνια πόλη το VACANCE ROMANE 2 ήταν το συμπληρωματικό στοιχείο για να είναι τέλειο....Εμείς θα ξαναπάμε...

Perfect location, reasonable accommodations

We booked our trip last minute, and we were fortunate enough to happen upon Vacanze Romane. It is not a hotel, but rather an extra room in this kind gentleman's apartment. When we arrived, the gentlemen greeted us at the door and showed us to our room. His wife had prepared a homemade tort for us, along with plates and napkins. Anselmo quickly went over each of the accommodations to the B&B. We had a private bathroom down the hall, keys to the apartment to come and go as we pleased, as well as one to the room. We felt very safe at this location. The room was also quiet at night with a fairly comfortable bed. The bathroom was a bit interesting, with the toilet located in the actual shower, but the gentlemen went in at the end of each day and tidied up the bathroom and dried everything off. The apartment sometimes had a sent of incense and cigarette smoke, but where we slept the odor was not strong. A window to our room lead out into a courtyard. The open window allowed for a cool comfortable breeze into the room. The gentleman and his wife are very kind and hospitable. The place is not a B&B in the traditional sense. Breakfast is provided via voucher tickets that you are able to take across the street to the local cafe and receive a cappuccino and brioche/croissant. Anselmo was very gracious to allow us to stow our luggage on the final day after checking out in order to return after seeing our final sights.

alcune cose da migliorare

Appartamento comodo per la posizione ( vicino alla stazione e non lontano dal centro). Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo ed accogliente. Vanno tuttavia elencate una serie di situazioni migliorabili: la colazione "convenzionata " con il bar non è soddisfacente ( solo cappuccio/the/caffe + brioche, tutto il resto è extra... di solito nei b&b si trova qualcosa in piu'). Tale situazione potrebbe essere compensata se nella struttura oltre al frigo ( questo ok) fossero presenti un bollitore funzionante ( quello che c'era praticamente non funziona bene) ed un microoonde. Da sistemare, infine, il box doccia, non all'altezza di un b&b.

5 day comfortable stay

It was a value for money choice. Almost near to everything by walking and also in the middle of two stations (Vittorio emmanuelle & manzoni).The room was spacious and clean with nice decoration and PRIVATE bathroom (the best priced hotel with VIP bathroom). Breakfast was cofee & a fresh croisant of our choice ( not something special but ok (the pros is that everything was very low priced in the bar and you could buy sth more to eat (as we did))).The room is located in an old cosmopolitan neighbourhood in a building without elevator. You could find around good rastaurants and ice cream. All in all I would stay there again if I were to visit Rome again.

Somente a localização é boa, perto do TErmini . Fica em um prédio antigo onde tem vários apartamentos e um deles é o hotel. Limpeza precária, pernilongos mortos na parede, TV não tinha sinal, sabonete da pia cheirava mal. O recepcionista foi muito atencioso, deu dicas sobre roma.Chuveio bom, embora o box era sujo. Colchão ok. Com certeza não recomendo, foi o pior hotel que fiquei na Itália.

The hotel is located near the Rome Train Termini. A subway station is nearby. To go to the train Termini, it is one stop by subway, or about 15 minutes by walk. It is about 15 minutes walk to Colosseum. The hotel provides a simple breakfast in a nearby bar, with a cup of coffee and a croissant. There are many bars, restaurants, and small supermarkets around it. The room is simple and clean. The owner is nice and helpful.
