The hotel was conveniently situated near Roma Termini and the Monti neighborhood. It was immaculately clean and in a beautiful building. The room and the beds were comfortable. The only issue was the Expedia app and the Expedia website. The hotel tried to message us through Expedia, but both the app and the website when I logged in said there were no messages, though Expedia kept sending me emails that there were messages from the hotel. I had to communicate with the hotel through WhatsApp.

This hotel is a great place to stay. It's close to a metro station, many restaurants close by the hotel. The only problem you will have if you are not technology savy, arriving at night will have trouble checking in. Im glad I arrived during the day.

O quarto é excelente, assim como a localização. Fomos a pé da estação de trem, mas era muito seguro. A moça da recepção foi super atenciosa e pudemos guardar as malas antes do check in (o que é um super ponto positivo em Roma).

This was a very difficult hotel to find. It is hidden in a regular building. you have to walk 5 flights of stairs until you realize they have a shaft elevator, which only 2 people fit at one time. I had told them 8 days in advances that I had to cancel my last day to return home and they still charged me the full price for that day. No exceptions! The room to so small you can hardly move. No tub and they shower is so small you can hardly move. There is no one there in the evening when you return so I felt unsafe returning in the evening. I do not recommend this place for anyone!!!!!
