Room was clean and comfortable. Continental Breakfast was very good. The location was convenient and less than 10 minute walk to Villa Borghese. Front desk helped with taxis, and fares were under 20 euro to the colosseum and Vatican. We used the hotel recommendation for transfer from the airport, and the driver was courteous, on time and great communication.

L’hôtel est bien situé face au par Borghesa ! La chambre présente un défaut majeure c’est l’humidité persistante. Le linge est propre, la douche est moisi, un petit frigo avec des boissons fraîches Le personnel est disponible et serviable Le petit déjeuner est correct pain de mie confiture yaourt croissant à la pistache qu’on voit partout ! La chambre est bien insonorisée L’accès est facilité par un code donné à l’arrivée Aux alentours l’accès au métro au bus un petit supermarché ouvert jusqu’à 21h, une pizzeria et un bar tabac boulangerie pour acheter des tickets bus à 1,5€ pour 100 minutes ! Bon séjour dans l’ensemble

This B&B is in a secure area, about 2km from the historic centre of Rome. There are several bus route options nearby--keep in mind that Roman public transit is not known for promptness. There is a grocery store on the next block. The place is clean and quiet (other than road noise). Breakfast was plentiful and tasty with continental options like pastries, yogurt, cheese, sliced meats, cereals, bread etc. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had one of the best showers I've experienced. The only negative was at check-in: we knew we would be charged a 50E fee for being late (after 8pm), but we did not expect to have to pay in cash. The "city tax fee" was also demanded in cash (everywhere else allowed credit). This unexpectedly wiped out our cash and was quite inconvenient.

The staff was nice and friendly. What I suggest is more lights for the rooms. They were kind of dark. They can add stronger light pulps . The breakfast should have a toaster because the bread were served cold. But in general it was good experience, walkable , clean and safe.

22092025: 4 nachtjes weg geboekt via Expedia. Dankzij Google Maps gemakkelijk te vinden, maar helaas geen eigen parkeergelegenheid om de koffers uit de auto te halen. Dus snel uitladen en met de auto naar de dichtstbijzijnde parkeergarage gereden. (Saba parking op 400 meter lopen à € 22.- per dag) Vriendelijk ontvangen en na het afronden van de formaliteiten met de keycard naar de kamer gegaan. Nette, schone kamer met prima bed en een mooie, praktische badkamer met regendouche. Via Veneto Suites ligt buiten de ZTL zone, dus geen probleem om met de auto te bereiken. De oude stadsmuur ligt recht tegenover de locatie en eenmaal daarachter kun je de oude stad Rome verkennen. Binnen 10 minuten lopen liggen diverse leuke restaurants, dus voor een hapje en een drankje hoef je niet ver te gaan. Al met al een prima verblijf en zeker een aanrader voor degene die naar Rome wil afreizen.

The property listing is misleading. It was advertised as a hotel, but in reality, it is not. Staff are only present during limited hours of the day, which makes it inconvenient if you need assistance outside of that timeframe. On top of that, the rooms vary significantly in size, yet they are all charged at the same rate, which feels unfair given the lack of consistency.

Not recommend this hotel. We are international travelers visiting Rome. This hotel is not a good choice. Pros 1) the staff is friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk gave us useful tips of how to navigate around. 2) The room and building look nice and beautiful. 3)The shower head is cool. Cons 1) The location is not good. We went to the Colosseum, Palatine, Vatican Museum, St Peter’s. The hotel is not within walking distance to any of them. It is not easy to get a taxi and some taxi drivers charges twice for the same trip. 2) check in time is not convenient. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 8:00, passed the 7:30 check in time. Our original flight was 2;00pm. I had to pay 50 Euro for the late check in. The price increases to 100 after 10. 3) breakfast time is too late. Most of my tour starts at 9:00 and the time to walk to the taxi station and morning traffic makes us have to leave at 8:00. But the breakfast does not start until 8;00. 4) short of staff. On the last day, we had to check out early and leave our luggage in the hotel. The front desk is supposed to arrive at 8 but nobody showed up at 8. We had to keep waiting. Finally the breakfast staff helped us store the luggage but she was still serving the guests for coffee. It was a chaos and we felt guilty we interrupted other guest’s breakfast. 5) there is no hot breakfast. Just cold stuff. No fruit either. 6) the bathroom smells bad, there is no lock in the bathroom. Overall, service is low, location is
