I would highly recommend this property for your next stay in Rome. It is conveniently located near countless restaurants, the botanical gardens and a quick walk to many of the historic must-see locations in Rome.

We Loved Youroom!

Fantastic location away from the Rome madness yet right inside Trastavere. The building is across from a beautiful setting and just steps away from the entrance to the botanical garden. The communication was great, all of our questions were answered in a very timely manner. Definitely would stay here again.

Great spot amazing restaurants near by. If you stay here eat on the room accommodation side of the bridge. Quality is much better and less touristy. Room is good very comfortable. Our room had a bit of a mold issue in the shower but otherwise was in great condition. As everyone else mentioned there are a fair few stairs. Otherwise very cute room

This is an amazing, quiet, comfortable, and clean place. Walking distance to the Vatican at the opposite direction and you are in very local restaurants, squares and wine bars. Across the river is the Old City Center. TIP: Familiarize yourself with link for the doors.

The stay was lovely, clean and comfy, but were unaware it was a shared kitchen. The area was bustling with students and lots of restaurants and cafes. Difficult to obtain a cab due to a strike we almost missed of ship. Over very nice stay.

I had an incredible stay. The instructions to get into the room were clear, didn't have any trouble. The neighbourhood was perfect; I loved Trastevere. My room had an amazing view over the botanical garden next door; AC works well, the room is modern. We can see there was a lot of thought in designing and renovating the room. I'd definitely come back.

A really great property with plenty of space. Nice and close to dozens of restaurants and walking distance to central Rome, despite this surprisingly quiet at night in the apartment. Host was super responsive throughout. Dislikes - the description was a bit unclear, the apartment has a shared kitchen area with the apartment next door. Not a major issue, but should have been explicit in the description

Rome my new favorite City

Weather was amazing the neighborhood was more than anyone can hope for. Lots of restaurants and shop and lots of Italian lifestyle and flair. We loved it.

Great stay! Water replenished some days, some days not. Would definitely stay again. Stairs going up is something to consider if you are not up to climbing stairs after a busy day.

Family vacation in Rome

Quiet location in the Trastevere neighborhood next to the botanical garden. Check-in was easy. Walking distance to restaurants and a taxi stand.

This place is NOT at all what is in the pictures. Do NOT be tricked like we were into staying here. The place was outdated and dirty, not like what is in their photos at all. I stayed here with my boyfriend and after a quick shower for myself, there was already NO MORE HOT WATER. the bathroom ceiling was so low in one area that unless youre 5'2 and under, you WILL hit your head. Do not be tricked into staying here. It was dirty and the "living room" with the couch and tv was in the loft area where the ceiling is also extremely low.

The room we had was on the TOP FLOOR and up 5 flights of stairs. My mom had a hard time climbing up and down them. There was no elevator and it was extremely difficult to get the luggage up and down the stairs. The inside of the room was really nice but there are shared common areas which was ok. There aren’t many amenities at the property either.

We are so glad we chose this apartment. Communication with host was great and helpful. There was plenty of space and super clean. We will definitely be back and plan to stay here again. It was quiet and comfy. It was about a 17 minute walk to vatican. There was water left for us and some champagne. A great place!

deeply dissapointing

I will write more about this in a letter of complaint to Hotels.com. This place should NOT be listed with you, It is NOT a hotel and it is not an acceptable b&b.. Communications from the hosts were awful. I locked the door with my phone inside - which meant i had not access coed. It took over an hour for them to respond. Then the power went out and it took over an hour for them to divulg where the circuit breaker was. The apartment is on the third floor (fourth in AMerican terms) which means 8 flights - with no elevator. GZetting up the stairs with luggage was difficult and, of course, there is nobody available to help. The room was not clened the first day - and when it finally was there was a pillow case with a blood stain (I have a picture!). Absolutels awful - for any price - which, happened to be quite high!

This was very up and down. We ended up here because our original accommodation was canceled at the last minute and this was the only thing Expedia had available. We were on the top floor. We had to walk up all those stairs which we were not expecting but once we got to the room it looked good. No complaints…..until Tuesday night. We had just gotten In after midnight. Went to take a shower and heard someone pounding on the door. We got scared and contacted management. Apparently our shower was leaking down into the apartment below us. We had to be moved to a different room the next day which didn’t happen until after 3pm so we lost half a day just sitting around because we couldn’t leave. I would recommend this accommodation though. It’s secure and they are very responsive to any issues you may have.

Não recomendo! O acesso é difícil (no meu caso, 6 lances de uma escada super íngreme), tivemos problemas para acessar o apartamento em 2 dos 3 dias que passamos lá e a limpeza não é muito boa (tinha uma mancha vermelha/marrom na cortina). Pontos positivos: a pessoa que trabalha na “recepção remota” é muito solícita, cama é bem confortável e tem uma geladeira na propriedade. Obs: há mais de um quarto por apartamento, então você dividirá áreas comuns com outras pessoas.

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr ruhig gelegen. Nur 1 min zu Fuß zur Galerie Corsini und dem botanischen Garten. Die Loksle in Trastevere sind auch 2 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles war toll und die Kommunikation klappt perfekt. Danke
