「Place is beautiful and very well kept. The staff wasn’t so friendly. They got upset because we were seating at “reserved” area that had no reservations signs, that their own staff sent us to eat because we could not eat by the pool. They had poor misalignment on our airport shuttle. Overall the place is nice, clean, and the drinks were good.」

「L'hotel è pulito. La camera da letto è grande ed è anche il bagno. Ci sono armadi dove puoi appendere i vestiti. Puoi anche usare la tv e il condizionatore. Avevo chiesto se potevo arrivare un po' prima del tempo del check-in e mi hanno dato la conferma. Purtroppo mi hanno detto all'ultimo che la persona prima di me è uscita tardi e non potevano pulire in tempo. Sono riuscito ad entrare in camera dopo le 14:30. Per un BnB mi aspettavo miglior cibo per la colazione. Ho avuto miglior colazione...

「At the outset, the listing services need to make clear that this is NOT a hotel. It is basically an Air B and B or a guesthouse. There is no front desk, and you never see a human being. The "Suites" are basically 4 rooms on the floor of a condominium that take up about half the floor. The directions on how to find and access the room should be clearer. They neglected to say that you need to turn left after entering the building. If the rating were based on the room alone, I would give it 4...
