Diletta was incredibly accommodating and helpful! The use of the common room was greatly appreciated! I loved how hands off everything was but still felt able to quickly connect if need be. Plenty of delicious spots around and felt it close to the activities we had planned, we made use of Lime scooters for anything farther but Whim also offers Vespa rentals themselves! Absolutely loved our stay, would book again if ever in Rome!

I had a great stay at the Whim Collection Prati. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was nice and comfortable. My only minor complaint was that the fridge was a little loud at night while I was sleeping. The location is excellent. It’s about an 8-minute walk to Vatican City, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The subway is also about an 8-minute walk, and there’s an airport bus stop only about 5 minutes away. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, especially for the convenient location and easy transportation.

No 24 hour desk staff

We were unaware that this hotel did not have 24 hour service until they contacted me 2 hours before my first day arriving. I only saw people working there at the desk or at all period for the moment I checked in. I didn’t like that was not information stated in the description of this hotel prior to booking otherwise I would not have felt comfortable with this. At one point the door was broken and I was not able to get into the building. Again if there were people that actually worked there that never would’ve been an issue. Basically I saw no employees in that building at all except for the 10 minutes during my check in.
