Our room was the size of a closet at best. AC did not work, no hot water this morning. Bathroom very small, shower I could barely fit. Pillows are the worst that I have ever experienced. Great location but you can find many more places in this area that will be better

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent—very central and within walking distance of many attractions, especially the Vatican. It was easy to get around and explore the city. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome.

We arrived we can’t find the hotel! They have a reception on another building! The room is not very clean. AC was not working! The toilet flush was going steady first nite! Asking for 2 more pillows promised but didn’t arrive. Booked for 3 nites didn’t fix the ac it was too warm you opened window so hot! Why Rome approved Hotels like this! i was asking them for discounts for the sa rice but no answer! The hotel is like a scam promising to be a hotel at least make the place comfortable! We will never booked to this hotel! They should not be named White Vatican! I also complained to Expedia but no answer! This hotel should be reported! Same happened the the guests on the adjacent rooms!!

I stayed in the quadruple room in famagosta (I was told my room was in viale Giulio Cesare when I booked). Fotos shown in the site are not the ones from the room you are booking. In fact, my room was not shown at all, most likely because it wasn’t pretty like the images shown. Location was great, beds were good. AC was very weak. I know how to handle old ac control, but the control wasn’t the issue. Regardless, if you shower at night and you only sleep and go (as we did) the AC will not be a problem. Location was pretty good and we love walking to places! I don’t mind getting for what I’m paying, but I wished I had the real pictures of the room so there wouldn’t be any surprises.

Okay - this is a step above camping which was expected for the price. Great location - close to Vatican City and metro station. One of the cots had to be covered with a towel to prevent calf injuries from the metal mattress spring, the hot water is sporadic, the fridge is not in use, and there were no batteries in the TV remote. On the plus side - great amount of towels and toilet paper, neat elevator, three key access, and great 5th floor view next to a lovely church with bells that were very pleasant. Common kitchen was well stocked for anyone who wants to cook. You get what you pay for here. We were satisfied.

The place is HORRIBLE-TERRIBLE, old, dirty, smelly, non working air-conditioning, non working TV, zero amenities, they advertise onsite parking and do not have any, only street paid parking, unresponsive staff, messages never responded, check in is done on a different building if you are carrying luggage will be a nightmare, DO NOT STAY HERE, Italy in general was great, except by this place.

Do not choose this location. The beds were beyond uncomfortable the pillows were also the worst. The room size was smaller than your typical European room. Management is beyond unprofessional. While they have someone assigned to be there they do not have much of an option to help resolve most issues. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The location of the place is the only good thing going for this place.
