「Great location, spacious accommodation」

「The property was clean and spacious. We only stayed a night, but we were able to get to the Vatican, Colosseum and Trevi fountain all from 4pm- midnight after our arrival. We could not figure out the city transportation, but Taxi’s were nearby and we were able to get those easily. 」

「My stay was stellar! The apartment had everything I needed for a great visit. The location was perfect, walkable distance to the sights and sounds in Rome. I was grateful for the car service for airport transportation, the ease of communication with property owner, and the quaint beauty that is Trastevere. Would definitely stay here again!」

「Fun quirky little apartment had everything you need. The steps were a little slow going for my 79 year old mom but it was doable and the restaurants and grocery stores right around the corner made it super easy to get whatever you might need the metro was close as well as the ruins and museums. Would definitely stay there again.」

「We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Silvia was a great host - she provided very clear communication and was accommodating to all of our travel needs. The apartment was perfect for our 4 nights in Rome. It had all the basic ammenities we needed, was extremely clean and comfortable. An extra bonus was it had a washing machine. The apartment is only a 1 minute walk to the train station and was easy to get to from both the airport and main train station in Rome. Also only a 5 min...

「The property was a great find. It's minutes away from the Colosseum and relatively close walk to St. John Lateran, the Sancta Scala and Santa Maria Maggiore. There are lots of food options and places to buy your incidentals. Alberto was a great host and always responded on a timely manner. It's a great spot that I would be happy to book again.」

"IQ Hotel was awesome! Great value for money! Clean, new, and really gave extras- free water, snacks, juices daily, and even sent a bottle of wine as birthday greeting! They also have a “shower & go” service which we used since we checked out at noon but went around the city before our evening flight. The only suggestion is for the gym - to have a toilet & water dispenser. "
