I was only able to get access through friend who spoke the language and we demonstrated that not one of our phones could get access unfortunately. 「This location is a bus ride From the center of Lucerne. Not terrible but keep it in mind if you have luggage. It is close to the bottom of the Pilatus lift, so that’s an advantage. Room is quite small. Shared kitchen, bathroom and common space. Private shower. Overall it was good and worth the price」

「Alina is a great host. Very quick to respond to questions. She met us at the house to go over instructions for an easy checkin. The house is about a 7 minute walk from the train. The bedrooms are big. The view is amazing. Lovely patio to enjoy the mornings and evenings on. Kitchen has a dishwasher which was a nice surprise and had all the cookware we needed.There are a lot of stairs and the walk from town is uphill. I only mention this in case people have mobility issues.」
