"The property is very nice. The owner answered all the questions and texts. We wanted to start the sauna, but there was no English, he stopped by to start it. Although, it still didn't start and we didn't enjoy it, we would love to stop again and wonder in the forests eating berries. We went to the store and bakery he told us and bought wool sweater that is very warm, sandwiches and coffee, some food and other unnecessary stuff )))) to support local business. "We stayed for one night and also ate both dinner and breakfast here. We were happy with our stay. The people who manage the space were helpful and friendly. We appreciated their hard work. Everything was clean. The pub-type food, while nothing extraordinary, was enjoyable and - again - the service was good and prompt. This is not a "hotel" in the same way that a Scandic or Radisson is. "Bodd her flere ganger, helt ok hytter. Restauranten serverer mat for de fleste, vi var veldig fornøyd. Veldig hyggelig ung dame i kassen. Frokosten kunne vært bedre, dumt å få vite, etter bestilling, at man kunne få egg og bacon. Mannen bestilte frokost og fikk altså tilbudet. "We stayed in the Motel Dåmbas, not the hotel. It was bare bones, but clean, quiet, & free parking. The breakfast (in the actual hotel down the driveway) was really good! Hot items and cold, cereals, tea, and coffee. The autumn views were fantastic!"
