"This was the best place I stayed. However, it was not at the Inn for which I paid. When I arrived, no one was in the office, but I ran into some guys renovating the property. The called the boss for me, and he put me at a much nicer property at Staybridge Suites, 34521 Old Postal Lane, Lewes. That was the nicest place Instayed on this vacations so far and the breakfast was the best. The WiFi was flawless."

10 Florida Ave 200Ft to Water Pet Friendly Broadkill Beach Home Bay Block

"Overall stay was great. It was exactly as expected; a good set up for our young kids and a dog. Few downsides:It could have definitely used a better cleaning. Lots of hair, human & dog (again, expected some for a pet-friendly) and grime on the walls. Smells like mothballs. It was renovated within the last few years, but quality/functionality was lacking. Barndoor to the half bath doesnt close enough to actually give someone privacy. All in all, would stay here again. The property feels secluded yet the beach is just a short walk away. Can’t beat the convenience."

"We found the property just as described very spacious pet friendly had a fenced in yard for the dogs. The only problem with that was there was too much space under one area of the fence so one of our dogs did get out. We had to block it off with the backyard furniture. A downside to the property was the amount of steps, especially if you stayed on the second floor. We certainly did enjoy the property though,and were able to extend our stay by five days. We love the proximity to the beach, shopping and thrift stores also the many historic sites. Thank you for sharing your property with us."

"We were blown away by the amazing beach home. It was so clean. Even the corners are clean! The homes equipped with absolutely everything we needed. This is by far the nicest and most well equipped home we have stayed in. The master bed was super comfortable. The screened in porch was a dream to sit in and read, and listen to the birds and the waves. The beach is so close, sandy and we discovered so many creatures! Would 100% recommend. Also would recommend the Prime Hook Nature reserve right near the home. Beautiful visitor center and walking paths to explore!"

"We chose this house because it was dog friendly and it did not disappoint. The views are amazing and the house is comfortable and well appointed. The check in oils not be easier and the property manager was great. We would love to come back for a longer stay!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in good shape for the most part. The beds were comfortable. The appliances worked well and there were plenty of utensils, pots, pans and dishes for cooking. The only down side was the floors were dirty and I could not locate a mop or bucket so we could only sweep up sand."
