“Thanks! Very easy check in and very clean property with more than adequate amenities.”

“Great place to stay in Chicago and in an awesome location. Hosts were super responsive and it was as described. Great place for a family to stay while visiting Chicago. Laundry in the room was great, safe building, and awesome set up. If we find ourselves back in Chicago this will be our first search.”

“The location is the best feature of this property. The upstairs neighbors were so loud it sounded like they were in our room. Parking was not possible for us so we paid 18 per day to park at the train station. The listing says there are available tandem spots but there were cars parked in a way that blocked the spots (see photo). You would have to have a very small car or make a multi-point turn to get in or out, with the risk of being blocked in. The property manager communicated well until I……

“Everything was as promised. A technology snafu midway through stay was handled quickly and efficiently. No headache for us, which is what you want during your stay. Highly recommend.”

“Check in and parking instructions are a bit complicated. I would suggest sending these a day or two earlier. Final check in code can be sent on the day.”

“Overall very happy with the place. My only issue is the kitchen. It’s very sparsely stocked. There are no oven safe pans, very few forks, etc.”

“The Chinatown location was central to so many things to do in Chicago. Even after arriving in the evening of check in, there were plenty of restaurants open within walking distance to grab food. The popularity of the neighborhood also helped when ordering ride shares because there was usually a car available within 2-3 minutes. The location was a highlight and the property itself was great for our family trip. While the fourth bedroom is technically a separate unit downstairs, it didn’t make……

“The communication was quick, thorough, and effective. The place looks just like the pictures! My daughter and I enjoyed our stay!”

“Great property”

“Family trip, long weekend, in July. Loved using the pool on the 9th floor, but take note it closes around 7p or 8p depending on the day of the week. Washer and dryer in unit was great for swim days as well as just in general.Doordash brings food right to the door, making for an easy night after a long go,go, go day.The grocery store on the 1st floor has everything you could need, including alcohol... I even got my son a Birthday cake there!Oh and the view... is amazing!!!! Enjoy your stay.”

“Clean and petite. Great view! Front desk was extremely nice and we chatted on the way in and out every time. Jewelosco being right next door was incredibly helpful and the redline made traversing Chicago easy!”

“Apartment is nicely equipped and very comfortable. There is an excellent market nearby and it is within walking distance of the Loop and Michigan Avenue.”

“Great location near lots of attractions. Quick response from hosts.”

“Perfect home base for our family of 5 adults during our visit to Chicago. The River North location was great. Restaurants, bars, groceries, coffee were all very close and we could walk to many wonderful Chicago sites like the Willis Tower, Millennium and Grant Parks, Field Museum, Navy Pier and the River Walk. Red Line subway stop right out the front door made it super easy to head to Wrigley Field. Our hosts were very proactive in their communications, provided clear instructions for getting……

“The location is convenient but I would not choose stay at this VRBO again. One of the folding closet doors was off its track and not possible to fix. One of the hair dryers did not work at all. The overall decor is on the dark and dingy side - so not conducive to hanging out as a family after a full day of activity.”

“While the place was okay, there were some minor things that brought the cost into question. There was a hole on the floor of one of the showers, the washing machine was filthy with what seemed to be mold, and there was a weird, not gross-but odd smell that seemed to never go away. Regardless, you get what you paid for, so I shouldn’t be surprised. Location was easy to get to from rideshares, and was ideal for the convention I was there for.”

“Great property.”
