「Very pleasant stay experience」

「First time staying here, so I was lucky to get Carol checking me in. She was sooo pleasant and helpful and made it a great check in experience. Room was clean and comfortable, very convenient having a patio door that leads to a green space which was really convenient travelling with a dog.」

「The hotel advertises as “pet friendly”but when I informed them I had two puppies they told me they had no pet friendly rooms left. They need to clearly indicate that on the website so there is no confusion. I don’t mind paying the extra money for the dogs. If you have only a limited amount of rooms inform the customers. The front desk person was understanding and managed to get the issue resolved. Expedia needs to take accountability here too. They never allowed me to clearly indicate I needed...

「Not a great spot.. seemed rough. The dumpster was all you could smell in the small parking lot. The staff member at check in complained that my wife and I had a permanent residence card and shouldn’t because he’s having trouble getting one… I’ve lived in Canada since 2000 when I moved from England and my wife grew up in the states」

「We were looking for an inexpensive place to take a break from camping in the rain. Decent sized rooms, nice space. Happy to have air conditioner and couch. Major issue with cleanliness of the room.
