"This is a small house right next to the owner's house in a great location, - it's literally 10-15 minutes from Monaco and even closer to Mention and Roquebrune. The Mediterranean is very close too, in fact it's visible from the house. The house itself is compact, there's really just one room with a bed, a dining table, a very small kitchenette, and a shower room/toilet.
