Welcome to Residence "Les Rivages des Issambres," a stunning vacation rental property in La Garonnette-plage, France. This three-story residence offers a prime location, just 150 meters from the sea and beach, and 400 meters from the center of Les Issambres. Unit Layout
You can look forward to a comfortable 3-room apartment spanning 45 square meters, conveniently situated on the ground floor. The living/dining area features simple and practical furnishings, including two beds (80 cm, length 190 cm), a TV, and air conditioning. This space provides direct access to the garden and terrace. Additionally, there is one room equipped with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm) and another room with a french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), complete with air conditioning and access to the garden and terrace.

Amenities Included
The apartment is well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a pleasant vacation experience. The kitchen facilities include an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Furthermore, the property offers a washing machine, internet (WiFi, extra), and a reserved parking space (n 334). The living area is outfitted with air conditioning, and heating is available throughout the unit.

Other Information
The 3-room apartment offers a spacious terrace spanning 20 square meters, ideally positioned to take advantage of the south-facing sun. Comfortable terrace furniture is provided for your enjoyment. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Gut geschnittene, praktisch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit zwei Bädern, großer Terrasse und guter Küchenausstattung. Einzig das Kinderzimmer ist relativ klein und eng. Kurzer Weg zum Pool. Schöne, gepflegte Ferienanlage. Strand, Cafes, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar, Bäcker, kleine Boutiquen) in 5 - 10 min. zu Fuß erreichbar.
