Welcome to our stylish duplex on Lake Constance—a home that captivates with its distinctive colours, carefully selected wallpaper, and an atmosphere reminiscent of a film set.
The apartment spans two floors with over 100 m² of living space and combines spaciousness, tranquility, and aesthetic design to create a warm, inviting living experience.

On the lower level, you’ll find a cosy bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Also on the lower floor is the large living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, Nespresso machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and all kitchen accessories. The harmonious colours and high-quality materials give this room character and make it the heart of the apartment. A small children’s area with a table, chairs, books, and toys ensures that even the youngest guests feel right at home.
The dining table also serves as an excellent workspace: a comfortable seat height, plenty of space, and a nearby outlet make it easy to work on a laptop in a relaxed setting.
