“My husband and I stayed here while in Cádiz and loved it!!! Very cool hotel in the middle of old town. Room was very clean and there was access to a roof top terrace as well. The staff was very helpful and provided recommendations for restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we ever find ourselves in Cádiz in the future!”

“The hotel is a historic mansion with the architectural elegance. The room is small. Although each room has a balcony, there is no view at all as it is located on an inner street. If you open the window, it will be quite noisy. Many restaurants nearby. The breakfast and the waiter service are great. I've sent an email to request for a room at the higher floor. No response from them at all, but I was given a room on the lowest floor when check in. ”

“The hotel is unique in it's setting and perfectly situated for visiting the old town and beaches. It is spotlessly clean and the rooms large and very well equipped. The staff are very polite and helpful. Great choice of breakfast food and drink. Would definitely stay again.”

“The property is very centrally located near to the cathedral but it is also very noisy at night in spite of double glazing. In my friend’s room, the TV channels were not available and the safe was broken for the whole duration of our stay. The staff were apologetic and helpful. The breakfasts were basic to say the least. We left a day earlier than planned. I would definitely avoid using this hotel again.”

“I'm over 80 and found the ordering of our stay difficult. On arrival I was told that the booking was not for the night but the following night so had to make another booking. I was told that Crisol Monasterio de San Miguel could not transfer the booking so I paid twice.
