Covid definitely has had a very negative impact on tourism worldwide and we have not been spared. To have Rosalie Bay reopened again is major news for our dedicated staff, many of who are from our quieter location on the island. We apologize for the aspects that fell short of expectations. We concluded rebuilding the restaurant two days after you departed. We apologize you weren't able to enjoy dining there. Life on the Nature Island can sometimes bring a bit more adventure than perhaps anticipated. Our staff had inspected the room prior to arrival to include opening the verandah door. We believe our waterfront location may have caused just a bit of swelling in the doorway. We have also called our exterminator to return and revisit your particular room. Had we known of your challenges during the visit, we would have loved the opportunity to have offered you a room change as our goal is always for you and every guest to enjoy a most comfortable stay.
