“Room was okay, but overstuffed pillows made me feel like I was fighting them all night.They kept on pushing my neck forward, didn’t mold, and just didn’t stay put. Six pillows in my room-ALL the same thing. Hotel’s gotta have different sizes pillows available in each room. ”

“There were activities for all ages, especially kids which was a great plus. The resort is a bit secluded and we wish there could have been more options for eating. We placed a room delivery order from one of the on site restaurants which did not arrive for more than 90 minutes. I had to go pick it up and the food was cold by then. “Beautiful property with amazing view close to ski area and hiking trails. Lovely owner who took excellent care of me on my stay. Was able to switch my second night reservation from another of the owner's property back to the bnb without any problem. Quiet. Perfect place for a romantic get away, although my stay was work related, and I was a single traveler. Felt very safe as a women traveling alone. “Staff was great. My 3 star rating is only because there were no sign ups left when arriving for the 3PM check-in. Without this, for the sauna or infrared room; it leaves you to be "stealing time" where you can..(also feels a bit absurd for the rate you pay.) I had to scramble out of one solo sauna after first finding it empty, because a couple had booked it, and they told me they were also booked for the infrared (double dipping also leaves others without.)
