"Though easy to deal with, clean, and conveniently located, this unit had an awful bed. Sunken, creaky, cheap. It says there is a 2nd bed in a pullout, but the mattress of the pullout was so old the springs jut out and was extremely uncomfortable. There was no soap in the shower and the hand soap on the sink had clearly been diluted with water. The unit has a toaster oven but the thing smokes and will immediately set off the smoke alarm. For the price paid for 1 night I was expecting more"

"The room was fairly clean, bedding seemed clean and very tidy, but they sprayed some kind of strong smelling air freshener that lingered for hours. One of us has allergies and neither of us enjoyed the odour. We faced the fields behind the building so we slept with the window open, which brought in a nice breeze and helped to dissipate the smell. The customer service was adequate. We were given some information when we arrived, and had minimal conversation on checkout. We didn’t love that the room we were in was right beside the housekeeping room so each morning at around 8:30 the staff started rolling out their carts, which sounded a lot like they were moving pianos above us; the floors shook. I suggest asking for a room that is not near the entrance. Overall, it was adequate. The room was clean and it was at a convenient location."
