Front desk staff was helpful in giving me a better room. The breakfast was great all you could want. A bit of a musty smell in room not bad but kind of there. Good shower in room. One thing I did appreciate was in most hotels they provide shampoo and soap etc but the writing on the bottle in shower is so small or in clear stencil and if you need glasses then it is impossible to read which is which but here the writing was easy to read.

The staff upon check-in was pretty good but the rest of the staff seemed to do the bare minimum. They seemed to rarely restock the food at the breakfast despite a number of people showing up later.
