"I graded this on a curve because I had to find it at the last minute. I was originally supposed to stay at another place, but the other place didn't have a record of my reservation and had no vacancies. I'd been driving for hours. I was frustrated, tired, and hungry. All I wanted was a shower and a bed. And I found that here. It's not fancy. It's old and shows the wear and tear. I wouldn't trust the pool. But it was clean and the staff were friendly. If all you want is a place to crash, this place works just fine."

"Our stay in Madison County was simply a delight! The home was located in the country among beautiful prairie and rolling hills, but not so far out of town that it was inconvenient. The property is very private and the owners take great care to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. Paige’s communication was excellent and the checkout process was clear and easy. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway."

"No one was on site when we arrived at 11:45. Building was under construction at the time. Had to call a number to get a code to enter the building. Hall way was full of construction materials. Once settled in and finally asleep and resting.. the construction began at 7;00 am. With hammers and banging we were unable to sleep in. Only received approx 5-6 hours of sleep.. had we of known about the building being under construction, we would have stayed somewhere else. The lady present when we checked out was extremely nice, that was the highlight of our stay!"
