Conforme mais bruyant

L'appartement est propre et en plutôt bon état, salle de bain un peu vieillotte la cuisine est bien équipé mais il manque du petit matériel pas de planche, ouvre boite, plat pour le four ect... A noter qu'il est situé à coté d'un grande route très passante et du coup du bruit quasiment permanent même la nuit. Le lit dans la chambre est très inconfortable qui plus est petit, à comparaison le couchage dans la pièce à vivre qui est le canapé convertible est bien plus adapté à deux adultes et confortable mais pour ce deuxième couchage il n'y a ni store ni rideaux occultant dans la pièce du coup plein jour le matin dés 6H30 en plein été. Une clim ne serai vraiment pas de trop car il n'y a ni store banne sur la terrasse ni roulant au fenêtre donc rien pour atténuer un peu la chaleur surtout la nuit à part deux ventilateur qui font plus de bruit qu'autre chose. La télé ne fonctionnée pas à notre arrivée j'ai appelé l'agence qui a résolu le problème dans la journée donc très réactifs. Sinon la résidence possède une grande piscine très agréable et pas trop fréquenté. Nos vacances furent bonnes malgré tout mais pour tout ces petits points négatifs je trouve cet appartement un peu chère au niveau rapport qualité prix.

Tres bon appartement

Agence sérieuse et professionnelle, propreté parfaite. Appartement bien agencé et fonctionnel, cependant le lit et le canapé sont inconfortables. A changer absolument. Sinon je recommande sans hésitation. le canapé convertible a coté de la cuisine est vraiment le point noir de cet appartement il est tres inconfortables. Changez le s il vous plait. Le lit est egalement en fin de vie on sens les ressorts qui abime notre dos chaque matin au reveil. Merci

Chaque année ....pour nous

Un service impeccable , la moindre petite chose est réparée très vite , l´amabilité de chaque responsable et leur efficacité Pas grand chose :-) peut-être un peu plus de confort sur les chaises longues du toit !

Le confort du logement , le service de l´intendance , la disponibilité des personnes s´occupant de locataires , leur gentillesse , c´est la 3ème fois que nous louons ces appartements et nous reviendrons . le manque de confort des chaises longues de la terrasse , la fréquentation de personnes bruyantes extérieures à la piscine .

Appartement 422 in St. Margarita

Es war sehr sauber, und in der Küche alles vorhanden was man braucht. Auch das Problelm mit dem Fernseher wurde sofort behofen. Wir sind erst um 21 Uhr abgeflogen und haben darum gebeten nur 1-2 Stunden später auszuchecken.War nichts zu verhandeln. Die Dame blieb stur. Habe sowieso selbst geputzt also müsste noch genug zeit sein um alles zu überprüfen.
