Immo Barneda Roses .Our very nice spacious apartment is located on the 1st floor. Access from the garden to the sea circle path, which leads you directly to the beach of Canyelles Petites.

- Living / dining room with large picture window which opens onto the terrace with splendid sea views. A sofa bed, two sofas, table, 6 chairs, sideboard and side tables. Satellite TV (free channels in all languages). Direct WiFi (free).

- Fully fitted American kitchen, with 4 hotplates oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, all necessary utensils and storage cupboards at the top and bottom.

- Another bedroom with two single beds, new mattresses this year.
- 2 bathrooms (bath, shower, sink, WC).
We offer the option for you to bring your own sheets and towels or you can opt for our service with a supplement of €15 sheets per bed and €10 towels per person.

- Direct access to the sea circle path which leads to the pretty fine sandy beach of Canyelles Petites. On the beach are small summer bars and restaurants.
LOCATION IN ROSAS
Residence Mare Nostrum is located between Canyelles Petites and Rosas. 5 minutes on foot along the circular path and you arrive at Canyelles beach, and 2 km in the other direction and you arrive at Roses, a typical old fishing village, converted into a cosmopolitan holiday town, while retaining its old world charm. In particular its long promenade lined with palm trees, its cafes with their large terraces seen from the sea, its pedestrian streets and their small shops and bistros, and its fishing port which gives an appointment to the fishing boats by returning every evening between 17. 00h and 18. 00h.
In Roses there is a mini golf course with a children's park, several large supermarkets, night bars, disco, water park, go-karting, and boat trips.
A few kilometers to the north, along the coast, and you come to some pretty little coves, with sandy beaches and turquoise water. Sea excursions depart from the port, to the Medas Islands marine reserve to the south, or "pirate journeys" to small, more secluded coves in the pure Costa Brava to the north.
Roses today is a small autonomous town with all kinds of shops; supermarkets, banks, shops, restaurants, schools, medical center, private doctors, dentists, hairdressers, veterinarian.
