This modern property got a new owner in May 2022 and the entire facility has been modernized resulting in a successful upgrade :)

The house is divided into two levels. On the upper level (in the main house) there are two double bedrooms, a shower room, a living/dining room, a modern kitchen and a terrace.
On the lower level of the house (accessible via the external staircase) there is a double bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with direct access to the pool terrace and a very well equipped summer kitchen.
The highlight of the house is undoubtedly the outdoor area around the pool with lounge, sun loungers and the Mediterranean garden.
The view of the sea, the Bay of Roses and the hinterland of the Alt Empordá can be experienced here undisturbed and with an uncompromising view, just great! Experience your best and most valuable time of the year in this holiday home.

The fishing village of Roses is about 3km away and the adjacent beaches and towns are only a few minutes drive away.

Bucht von Roses - immer eine Reise wert

Wir waren das 1. Mal in Mas Fumats, aber schon öfter in der herrlichen Gegend.Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön gelegen.Unser Highlight war die Aussenküche, das Bad am Poolbereich und natürlich der Ausblick, einfach traumhaft.Fr. Peschel hat uns empfangen und uns zum Haus gebracht und vieles erklärt.Wir hatten ein Problem, bzgl. Geruch im Schlafzimmer. Sie hat sich sofort gekümmert, und der Eigentümer direkt das Problem behoben.Wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut und alle unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt.Ein kleiner Minuspunkt bekommt von uns der Pool, da er nicht die Größe und die Ausstattung ( keine Stufen, nur Leiter) hatte, wie wir es gewohnt waren von anderen Domizilen.Aber dennoch können wir das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.Tolle Ausstattung, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Vielen Dank an Fr. Peschel und die Eigentümer.

Casa muy grande y cómoda.Con aire acondicionado. Tiene todo lo necesario y más. Muy buena piscina con tumbonas y toallas incluidas. Hemos estado muy agusto. Lo único negativo es la falta de un microondas.

Keep smelling the Roses

A wonderful villa set in a peaceful elevated residential setting. I would find it hard,if not impossible, to imagine anyone not having more than enough here to ensure a fantastic experience. This extends from having endlessly satisfying panoramic views to the flexibility of utilising a modern flexible two storey accommodation space which is very well equipped and able to flex to a range of ages and family compositions.Further, it is ideally situated to access a variety of places of interest and enjoyment: historical artistic coastline mountains. For those without a wish to travel and utilise car hire, relax and let the world go by. However, car hire is essential for accessing local amenities with the reassuring knowledge of having a private parking space. Daphne our host was excellent who has abilities to be as involved as needed. Warm professional approachable and client oriented. Inevitably in this setting there are steps to negotiate and being English we needed the skills of our tech savvy children to obtain English on the TV but then again who needs TV especially here! Barcelona was accessible via rail from Figueres which was a real bonus for us.Do hesitate to seriously consider booking, we would return and utilise Daphne’s company and services without doubt.

Un vrai paradis

L’annonce est déjà incroyable! Mais une fois sur place, c’est encore mieux! Maison avec toutes les commodités, grande, fonctionnelle, et une vue incroyable dont on ne se lasse pas! La piscine fraîche qui est la bienvenue à notre retour d’une longue journée. Le stationnement privé parfait pour une grosse voiture le long du mur. Nous avons passé deux merveilleuses semaines et c’est avec le cœur gros que nous sommes repartis de ce paradis. Si vos dates sont libres, dépêchez vous de réserver!

Luxuriöses Haus mit toller Sicht

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern (11 & 8) für zwei Wochen hier. Die Sicht ist einfach traumhaft. Das Haus ist sehr modern und luxuriös. Nichts fehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Peschel ist super. Wir können dieses Haus 100% weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Haus

Der Blick, die Außenküche und der Pool sind das Highlight dieses Hauses. Aber auch die obere Etage ist stilvoll und modern eingerichtet. Ein paar kleinere Lädchen in der Umgebung oder einen fussläufigen Supermarkt haben wir vermisst. Aber das hat den tollen Urlaub nicht negativ beeinflusst. Wir würden das Haus aufjedenfall nochmal buchen. Auch Frau Peschel war immer erreichbar und hat sich sehr gut gekümmert. Rosas, wir kommen nochmal wieder!

Un alojamiento de gran calidad

Excelente alojamiento, con todo tipo de equipamiento: Grandes terrazas, patio, piscina y aire acondicionado en las zonas comunes. Se dvide en dos niveles. En el nivel inferior, donde se encuentra la piscina, podemos disfrutar de una estupenda barbacoa a gas, una gran terrazza y una cocina completa que nos evita utilizar la que hay en el primer piso y nos ahorra subir y bajar escaleras. Magníficas vistas y muy bien comunicada con el resto de la zona. Daphne Peschel, la profesional inmobiliaria que gestiona el alojamiento está siempre disponible y dispuesta a solucionar con solvencia cualquier problema que pueda surgir. A mejorar el colchón de la habitación situada a nivel de la piscina. Se aconseja llevar la ropa de cama desde casa o comprarla in situ antes que su alquiler.

Vacances relaxantes avec magnifique vue sur la mer

Tout était bien, mais la chambre du bas n'avait pas de climatisation, ce qui rendait les nuits particulièrement difficiles à passer car il faisait très chaud à l'intérieur. Le haut beneficiait d'une bonne climatisation pour l'étage .

Traumhafter Blick mit riesiger Poolterrasse und toller Aussenküche

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Roses. Bereits bei der Buchung hatten wir ein gutes Gefühl, da die Agentur vor Ort, Frau Peschel, sehr zeitnah auf alle unsere E-Mails umgehend geantwortet hat. Die Anreise mit dem Auto von Deutschland hat gut geklappt und verlief reibungslos. Auch die Betreuung/Abwicklung vor Ort durch Frau Peschel war sehr angenehm, freundlich, hilfsbereit, kulant und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist einfach klasse. Wir haben in den 14 Tagen quasi nur draußen auf der großen Poolterrasse gewohnt und haben die tolle Sommerküche (Gasgrill, 2 Kühlschränke, Spül- und Waschmaschine) ausgiebig genutzt und nur draußen gegessen. Die Kinder haben im oberen Wohnbereich (tolle Ausstattung und modern eingerichtet) geschlafen und meine Frau und ich hatten das untere Schlafzimmer direkt am Pool bezogen. Aufgrund der großen Wohnfläche hatte auch jeder von uns individuell Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Der Blick von der Poolterrasse (ganztägig Sonne, genug Schattenbereiche vorhanden) in die Bucht von Roses ist einfach umwerfend. Da die Terrasse über der sehr ruhigen Anliegerstraße liegt, ist man im Außenbereich für sich und keinen fremden Blicken ausgesetzt. Der Ortsteil Mas Fumats ist sehr ruhig und mit alleinstehenden Häusern/Villen versehen. Da das Haus oben am Berg liegt, hat man auch bei strahlendem Sonnenschein ein tolles Klima, da immer ein leichter Wind geht, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Ein Auto vor Ort ist erforderlich. Tolle Strände sind sehr zeitnah zu erreichen. Der Ortskern von Roses mit seinen kleinen Gassen und der tollen Strandpromenade lädt zu einem Bummel und leckerem Abendessen/Cocktails ein. Auch ein deutscher Arzt ist ansässig und schnell zu erreichen. Fazit: Toller Urlaub mit einem rundum sorglos Paket, grandioser Unterkunft (eigener Pool, große Terrasse, Sommerküche, tolle Ausstattung, wundervoller Blick über die Bucht und Ruhe). Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall für einen Familienurlaub empfehlen!
