Located in a quiet area in a residential zone, the villa enjoys a strategic location 2 km from the supermarkets "Carrefour and Lidl" and the water park "Aquabrava", 4 km from the sandy beaches of "Roses and Sainte-Marguerite" and just 4 km from the hustle and bustle of the city.

If you prefer a rockier environment, the rocky beach is 7 km away.

Moreover, the train station "Figueres-Vilafant" is 20 km away and the airport "Girona Airport" is 55 km away.



The exterior of the villa is equally attractive, with a well-maintained garden, perfect garden furniture to enjoy the outdoors, and a fully fenced plot that provides privacy and security.

A technician performs pool maintenance once a week.
