Studio, large L-shaped TERRACE, SWIMMING POOL with sea view, + PARKING included

The studio is 33m², it has a magnificent view of the sea from its 17m² terrace overlooking the Rosas bay in the residence
DELFIN. It is located on the 9th and last floor (elevator) the situation in height allows to feel at the end of the world.
The residence has a magnificent swimming pool open all year round located directly on the sea with a magical angle of view (a mini swimming pool for children too). The building is located on the waterfront with private access to the sea and the sandy beach and there is a path along the coast for long walks.
Accessible on foot for small shops and restaurants.
The studio is equipped with 2 sofa beds ideal for a couple with 1 or 2 children.
It is equipped with a kitchen fitted with the necessary to cook and small fridge with freezer
A pet is allowed at no extra charge.
There is a private parking lot in front of apartment N ° 30 (with key delivered)
Deposit on arrival of 200 € with our agent.
Household included.
No sheets or towels.

Laut und unvollständig

Das Appartement liegt direkt an einer steil ansteigenden Ausfallstrasse, ist also ziemlich laut. Der Fernseher war leider ohne Receiver und nicht funktionsfähig. Die Parkplatzsituation war erst nach 3 Urlaubstagen geklärt. Das Appartement ist für 4 Personen definitiv zu klein und hat leider keine Markise..Zusätzlich hatten wir mit Startschwierigkeiten der Vermieterin zu tun.....
