「Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!」

「Great pet friendly place! Plenty of grass area to walk your dogs. My husband and I visit Williamsburg often to go to Busch Gardens with our mini doodle, and we always stay here. Decent breakfast, but very tiny coffee cups. Elevator is super slow, so we normally take the stairs. The staff has always been super friendly, and helpful when needed. Overall, they do a nice job of keeping everything clean. Definitely could use some updates and repairs in certain areas, but we always enjoy our stay.」

「This hotel was clean and spacious. We stayed three nights to go to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. It was close to both places (10min). It had all the amenities shampoo, conditioner, shower gel in the shower, small soap, lotion and make-up remover wipes, hair dryer. 「Clientèle laisse à désiré mais à ce prix on s'y attend. Pas de petit déjeuner, hotel vieillot et peu entretenu. Les chambre étaient toutefois propres.」

「The pool clean but the hot lukewarm. Staff had it set at 85 degrees and wouldn't turn up the temperature. The building structure of the hotel had cracks and wood window frames falling apart or missing. Breakfast was bagels, cereal and muffins. Our toilets in both rooms worked only half the time. I had to find a plunger to unclog the toilet. At check-in the desk person tried charging my cc twice and wasn't going to give us our rooms. I prepaid for 2 rooms. Overall visit 1.5 stars.」

「Friendly staff and clean room. It wasn't an issue for us, but the bathroom door did not shut. That could definitely be awkward for some people. I saw some notices on the walls about strict polices that were not mentioned online, including no more than 2 people per room and no guests, but it wasn't an issue in our case since we just needed a place to crash for the night. The exterior could use some sprucing up. There was a shopping cart full of bricks and a few mattresses just chilling out front....
