The Brick Saloon's specialty are pudding shots. Heavenly little whipped fluffy tasty shots with flavored liquor. Try the Root Beer. After a long day of exhaustively and unsuccessfully searching for open camping, we were about to throw in the towel when we decided to stop at The Brick for lunch and a much needed beer. This place is full if local charm and small town hospitality. Our server, Amy, greeted us with a big smile and after hearing our woes gave us tons of helpful information and even set us up with a friend of hers who had some land we could camp on. Along with the charming atmosphere the onion rings are killer and I love the locally brewed Brookside Pale Lager.

The Roslyn Cafe is a local staple. Expect this joint to be jam packed, especially on Sundays during the farmers market which runs from 10-2.

We loved the easy walk to the Harvest Festival. It was wonderful for the 5 children all under four years old. We plan to do this annually. Suncadia is a very special place for my Family. I have a few suggestions for the Property Manager. The stay was prefect

Great property for a friends reunion. Plenty of space to be together or spreaf out a bit. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the dining rokm with seating for 12. We also enjoyed the outside areas, views, and places to walk.
