"We had a fabulous time at the Leonardo. Perfect location in Galway! There was one desk person named Una who absolutely went above and beyond to help us! From her initial recommendations to helping me out after I sustained an injury during one of my tours. The breakfast buffet was excellent also. Wait staff was very attentive."

"The Dean Galway was a lovely hotel but I should have booked with them directly instead of going through Hotels.com. I had to cancel my original booking through the virtual agent of Hotels.com because of a change in dates. I was reassured by the virtual agent that my cancellation went through and that I would not be charged by the hotel. I was charged by the hotel. I am trying to get my refund back but it is very difficult trying to get through to Hotels.com. I will never use their site again!"

"Would have given 5 stars across the board but there was a scaffold right outside our window, despite requesting an ocean view. It isn't really walkable to much, but the onsite restaurant was very good and the view was amazing. There's also a quaint pub contained within the hotel, with an awesome Irish performer the night we were there."

"I booked the hotel more than a month on advance of my stay and after I arrived into Ireland, the Twelve notified me that they overbooked and they couldn't accommodate my booking. They were apologetic and assisted me in finding an alternate hotel but it wasn't something I wanted to experience since I spent a lot of time researching where we wanted to stay. "
