“Stayed for a couple of nights at this property, and it was perfectly suited for our needs. Good, clear communication with the owners from booking, and very helpful in making sure everything was right for our stay. Would definitely recommend this for families or small groups as an ideal base camp for visiting Manchester, and will be keeping this property in my saved list for the future too.”

“Fantastic stay with Barry, Barry was very helpful, friendly, accommodating and showed us everything we needed. The annexe was exceptionally clean, bed was very comfortable, also a great range of breakfast options which we were not expected so a lovely bonus to the stay. The property is not far from the train station and is in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. “We were parallel to Piccadilly near everything. The location is superb. The "back-picadilly" location might be off putting if you don't know Manchester layout. The lad showing us the flat was lovely Ground floor flat was slightly noisy, but once again, that's fine if you know the area Room and facilities first class ”
