「The house was super clean and well organized. It has everything you’d need for a vacation. There are a lot of spaces to gather or have some quiet time to yourself. The canoe was damaged, which was a major bummer for the younger boys who wanted to fish on the lake and couldn’t kayak. The swing by the lake was also out of commission due to maintenance. 」

「This is the second time we have stayed at The Oarhouse and would highly recommend it. Everything was clean and well-cared for. We appreciated the extra bedding and towels as well as the washer and dryer. We found the kitchen to be well stocked with all the basic supplies. 「The apartment was very clean. The overall building was fascinating - old dark wood inside, etc. The location was convenient to downtown DuBois and nearby eating places. We had a family get-together in Reynoldsvlle, which was an easy drive. Our only feedback is that the bed creaked in a little and the mattress sagged a bit in the middle. Glad we could have our dog. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay, and hope to stay again next year!」
