Holiday Apartment 'Jess Rostock' with Shared Terrace, Garden, and Wi-Fi

  • Located in Rostock, the Jess holiday apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay (for holiday guests only, not suitable for tradespeople). The 45 m² apartment features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest WC, accommodating up to four guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for remote work, a TV, as well as children's books and toys. There is also a table tennis table in the basement. A baby cot and high chair are available. Towels can be found in the bathroom cabinet under the window next to the WC. Please bring your own soap.



    Guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a garden, open terrace, covered terrace, and barbecue. Public transport is within walking distance. Free street parking is available.



    Two children aged six or older can sleep under the sloped ceiling, while younger children may stay in the parents’ bedroom. The tourist tax/guest card is available for an additional fee per day. There is no spa card. Pets and smoking are not permitted. Four bicycles are available.



    The property provides guidelines to help you separate waste correctly; more information is available on site. Part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic panels.



    One of the rooms is in the attic, directly under a sloped ceiling, accessible by a narrow staircase. We recommend this room only for guests who can easily manage stairs, as it may not be suitable for everyone.
