Im Moment gibt es eine große Baustelle direkt vor der Ferienwohnung, wo pausenlos eine Pumpe läuft. Wenn die Schlafstube gelüftet ist und das Fenster zu, hört man aber nichts. Die Umleitungen in Warnemünde sind eine Zumutung, dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts und der Bäcker im Erdgeschoss ist ideal, Edeka 50m entfernt und Gaststätten, in die man mit Hausschuhen gehen könnte. Es war erholsam und schön.Vielen Dank!

Eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete, großzügige Wohnung in der Mitte von Warnemünde. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Wohnung, super Lage

Eine wirklich schöne und saubere, gepflegte Wohnung. Besonders nett fanden wir die kleine Dachterrasse. Man muss allerdings körperlich fit genug sein, um die steile Treppe und den Ausstieg zu bewältigen… Die Lage der Wohnung ist top, mitten im Zentrum. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar inkl. Strand. Ebenso ist der Bahnhof nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, es empfiehlt sich ein Ausflug nach Rostock. Das Auto lässt man am besten im benachbarten Parkhaus stehen, der Vermieter kümmert sich bei Bedarf um die Reservierung. Der einzige Nachteil der zentralen Lage ist der Lärmpegel abends sowie früh morgens. Zum Schlafen sollte man die Fenster geschlossen halten. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Traumhafter Kurzurlaub

Wir haben wundervolle 5 Tage in Warnemünde verbracht. Es hat alles perfekt geklappt. Tolle Unterkunft mitten im Herzen vom Seebad und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Fünf bis acht Minuten zum Strand und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb von drei Minuten zu erreichen. Die FeWo war sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche hatte alles was wichtig ist. Die FeWo lag im zweiten Stock und wir haben die Fernsicht jeden Tag aufs Neue genossen.

Sehr schöne Dachwohnung

Wir haben uns bei unserem Aufenthalt im Februar sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist optimal, Bäcker im Haus, Supermarkt ca.50m entfernt, zum Strand vielleicht 5 min. Das Geschirr haben wir vor der Benutzung abgewaschen, was wir eigendlich immer machen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, unsere Gastgeber freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir waren ein verlängertes Wochenende in der Residenz am Kirchplatz. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und nett eingerichtet, alles war sauber und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war unproblematisch! Die Wohnung liegt zentral und zu Fuß ist alles bequem zu erreichen! Wir kommen wieder!

Traumhaft schöne Wohnung! Vermieter sehr diskret und sehr nett.

Wir konnten die traumhaft schöne Wohnung leider nur eine Nacht genießen und mussten, aus privaten Gründen, leider vorzeitig abreisen. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend. Ihr ist keine Frage zu viel. Der Hausmeister ist sehr hilfsbereit. Er hat mir einfach meinen Koffer ganz nach oben zur Wohnung getragen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Das Badezimmer ist wundervoll. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Die Küche hat einen sehr großen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach und ist vollkommen eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer ist auch sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. . Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und man kommt schnell zum Strand. Die Tiefgarage ist auch nicht weit entfernt.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und zentral gelegen.

Wir haben die Zeit in der hübschen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Strand, alter Strom, Alexandrinenstraße, Bahnhof.... alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch das Parkhaus war nur 7 Minuten entfernt. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und können einen Aufenthalt empfehlen.
