"Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer schönen Villa, hat einen separaten Eingang und einen eigenen Parkplatz. In der kleinen Wohnküche sitzt man gemütlich. Das hübsche Bad hat eine Dusche und genug Ablagemöglichkeiten. Im Schlafzimmer kann man auch fern sehen. Es hat uns bei unserer kurzen Silvesterreise nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder."

"Wie im Inserat beschrieben liegt die Ferienwohnung sehr außerhalb, direkt am Wald. Zum Strand benötigt man mit dem Rad eine knappe halbe Stunde und nach Rostock ca. eine Stunde. Einfach und pragmatisch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, sauber und zweckmäßig. Ein richtiger Kleiderschrank hätte uns gefehlt, wenn man ein wenig länger bleibt, ist der Schrank im Schlafzimmer nicht ausreichend."

"Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich eher in der wasserabgewandten Region von Warnemünde. Sie hat weniger maritimen, eher den schicken Charme einer prenzelberger Altbauwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sauber und für Hochpaterre überraschend ruhig - allerdings waren wir in der Nebensaison da. Einkaufsgelegenheiten und die Promenade Am Strom sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Strand läuft man allerdings gut 10 min. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend."
