“Room was quiet and bed was comfy. Bathroom walls were dinged up and definitely showed it's age (shower curtain had stains, blow dryer was dangling from metal wall plate by cord, tiles cracked and sealant/grout missing, etc). Microwave and fridge were unplugged, which we didn't notice until the last day. Blackout curtains were great. Plenty of hot water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Buffet was good, area was kept clean and tidy. Paid through Expedia and……

“Room was gross there was a big wet part on my bed when I get there. The chair had blood. Breakfast was not worth it. Key card had to be reactivated 3 times. The bed you could feel the springs. I had to go buy a pillow due to how bad there’s were. Overall just dirty. ”

“The breakfast was top notch! Our room met our requests. Parking, location and access...all good. The only (minor) concerns/complaints we had was that upon entering our room there was an overwhelming smell of excess cleaner and the lighting in the bathroom on the dim side. We asked front desk if they had an air purifier to maybe help with the strong smell, but they had none. Good news is the smell dissipated after awhile.”

“The property was easy to access and the rooms were nice. Staff were excellent, check-in was accommodated early, which was greatly appreciated. The bathroom doors in room left little to the imagination and I was hoping for smoothies at breakfast as I saw them advertised through pictures, but was disappointed. Overall the stay was good! ”
