Der Aufenthalt war angenehm anders, als man es von klassischen Hotels kennt. Der Check-in erfolgte komplett kontaktlos über ein Terminal – schnell, intuitiv und zuverlässig. Trotz des fehlenden Personals vor Ort hat alles reibungslos funktioniert, was ich in dieser Form noch nicht erlebt habe.

「What a unique and interesting property with an amazing Staff. One Person in particular, I believe her name was Leonia, went over and above to help us in any way possible . She was extremely caring and even made us food baskets for our early morning flight as we had to leave the hotel before breakfast time. We stayed in the tower and had amazing mountains and lake view. 「Lovely hotel just few minute walk to the lake and restaurants. The room was big and the beds were good enough. The check-in process was easy but we faced issues with checkout. 房間雙人床又大又很舒適，非常喜歡，只不過房間稍小，放兩個大行李就差不多滿了。
