“Really great hotel and an excellent location in Tallinn to explore the city. The staff were really friendly and helpful when we needed them and helped with recommending places to eat when we landed late in the evening. The breakfast was great, it was served in the hotel next door (connected by an internal corridor so you didn't have to go outside in the freeing temperatures) as the hotel's restaurant was closed temporarily. “Very disappointing for service and place we stay. Dirty place, it mentioned they provide cleaning service everyday, but no one come to clean up. It also mentioned there are air conditioner but there are no this facility. We complained but they just said that this is hotel.com problem. They should contact Hotel.com but they didn’t. Design of our room is quite strange, we found difficulty to use the toilet. Receptionist need to improve english skill. Bad place to stay. Not recommend to all of you.”

Maybe I was just not lucky, you can try.”

“Perfect spot for night before leaving town. It was a five minute drive to the rental car drop-off and a $5 Uber ride to the Old City. Clean, spacious, comfortable, and the lady at the check-in was very friendly.”

“It was a brand-new hotel, so everything was clean and new. Stuff were were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is good which is around 10 minutes walk from Helsinki ferry terminal. Hotel is 5-8 minute walk to historic old town of Tallinn.”
