Property Management

We have rented several houses in this area over the years and typically had some issues to deal with. This house was no exception, as it did have a few minor issues, but the property management company, Happy Hibiscus, was outstanding in handling them. It was the best service we have ever received on a rental property and I highly recommend Happy Hibiscus properties.

Pool and Spa relaxing vacation time

Spent most of our time out on lanai enjoying heated pool and hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped and large dining table was perfect for family time including eating, playing games and doing puzzles. Beds were comfortable and each room had a TV. We saw the 8' alligator most days, turtles and all kinds of birds. We had a resident squirrel that dined on nuts in back yard all day! Our only wish is that this house had less carpet and more tiled rooms.
