Great little place

Just everything you need and nothing more but with an amazing view. First time we have ever stayed in a ‘tiny home’ and I am sure we will do it again! Loved the accommodations, everything was great.

Beautiful view, seems like a work in progress

Wendy was incredibly responsive, and the Tiny home is certainly accurate in terms of a small space. The amenities listed (yoga, hot tub) were not available, and the road to the Tiny houses was not finished, and more Tiny homes were being finished it looks like. Overall, there is a lot of potential for this idea/property, and it is the best view in Rotorua. However, it could use a little polishing and finishing for the dream to be a reality.

The most beautiful views to wake up to

I highly recommend staying at Aorangi Peaks Cabins. They are small, perfect for 1-2 people per cabin, and have all the appliances necessary all the while overlooking the beautiful Lake Rotorua and city. I even woke up to watch the sunrise oneI’m morning and had the most incredible view. My only complaint is the very poor wifi. While they do provide you with wifi, it is very limited and was often not actually able to connect from my cabin. Other than that though, enjoy the views, enjoy the peace and quiet, and definitely enjoy waving to the alpacas that reside on property on your drive up!
