Welcome to your stylish New York loft-inspired retreat in the heart of Rotorua's CBD. This chic apartment features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with one bedroom thoughtfully screened off from the living area for added privacy. Its prime location means you're just a short stroll from the Rotorua Lakefront, the vibrant Eat Street, a variety of cafes and restaurants, and the Rotorua i-Site, where you can catch tours to local attractions.

The Space:
Step inside this spacious city apartment, thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The master bedroom features a queen bed and a generous wardrobe for your belongings. Bedroom two, located at the opposite end of the apartment, offers a queen bed and its own private bathroom. Bedroom three, cleverly screened off from the living area, also boasts a queen bed. The apartment includes a washing machine and dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. A single car park is available, located a short walk away, and a parking permit will be provided for your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. This includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living space. Plus, you'll have access to the included car park.

Getting Around:
Navigating Rotorua from your central apartment is simple. The apartment's prime location means you can easily explore on foot, with many attractions within walking distance. Rotorua i-Site is very close and can provide information about public transport options, including buses, if required. For those arriving by car, one parking space is included, situated a short walk away. Additional paid parking can be found on Pukeatua Street. Rotorua Airport (ROT) is just a short drive away, approximately 10 minutes by car. Taxis and ride-sharing services offer convenient transport to and from the airport.

Other Things to Note:
This is an upstairs apartment so stairs are unavoidable here.

One car park is included which is about 200m from the apartment. You can use paid parking in the nearby car parking building on Pukeatua Street or you can park in the street for free after 5pm and before 8am.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and homely. Very central location, convenient to shops and restaurants. I appreciate the high ceiling of the apartment. It gave me a sense of relaxation with the larger volume of space. The designated parking lot is not next to the property though.
