This entire house is yours during your Rotorua visit. An entertainer's delight with large open plan living that flows out onto sunny warp-around decking; functional for families and guests with two bedrooms & bathroom below and the master bedroom, ensuite and walk-in-wardrobe upstairs.

The house can accommodate up to 6 people and has 3 bedrooms that can be arranged respectively depending on how many people booked.

Wonderful house and location

We stayed here while visiting Rotorua. The house is very large, in a beautiful setting, and close to everything we wanted to see.The bathrooms are a bit dated and tired, but everything else was wonderful.We will miss the fabulous views!

We arrived in the dark and it was raining. We were amazed at how beautiful the house was. It was so warm, clean and tidy. It had everything we needed. A lovely quiet street with a fabulous view too.

Wonderful well kept property

Lovely big house for our family of 5 to stay in. House was immaculate and had everything we needednto cook at night. So spcaious for a 3 bedroom house. Views looking down to the Lake were great as well.only downside is we only had 1 night so couldnt make the most of the property. Well definitely be back for a longer stay next time

Enjoyed our stay. Nice spacious house. Bit cold downstairs during winter but there were some heaters in the bedrooms. It has basic kitchenware & appliances & a towel each. Washing machine is a bonus. Nice view out to the lake.

Very clean property. Spacious with everything you need to enjoy. Communication with the property manager excellent. Quick response with anything we required. The area was peaceful and had direct access to the town centre.

Property was perfect for our needs, clean and tidy and had all the amenties we required. Great kitchen, nice layout, heaps of room to relax and catch up with friends. Close to CBD. Could do with some more and upgraded outdoor furniture on the balcony and had to lock the front door with key at night which was bizzare, but thats just nit picking. Overall would recommend for group of up to 6 people (3 couples).

The property was clean and the house quite roomy. The neighborhood was quiet and the view of the valley was nice. The decorations seemed mismatched which gave the place an overall haphazard feel. In general the kitchen and house seemed poorly stocked, providing the minimum but not much more.
