Tolles Ferienhaus mit kleinen Abstrichen

Das Ferienhaus überzeugt vor allem durch seine tolle Lage direkt am See mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Es ist ideal für Spaziergänge oder um einfach am Wasser zu entspannen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub.Das Haus selbst ist charmant und gut ausgestattet. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit bei unserer Ankunft zu wünschen übrig, da einige Bereiche nicht gründlich gereinigt wurden. Dies hat den Gesamteindruck leider etwas getrübt.Mit einer gründlicheren Reinigung wäre dieses Haus wirklich ein Traum. So bleibt es eine Unterkunft mit großem Potenzial, bei der man jedoch Abstriche machen muss.

Erholung Pur

Schon beim ersten Betreten des Hauses haben wir uns alle „wie zu Hause“ gefühlt. Check-In und Check-Out klappten reibungslos. Ein sehr netter Vermieter der einem bei allen Fragen, telefonisch zur Seite stand. Alle Zimmer waren sauber, schön eingerichtet und wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Das Auto konnten wir sicher in der Garage unterbringen. Da das Wetter nicht jeden Tag mitgespielt hat, waren wir froh, das wir so ein schönes Haus gebucht haben. Der große Esstisch lädt zu langen Spieleabende ein. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Um zum nächsten Restaurant zu gelangen, brauchte man nur 5-10 Minuten am See entlang gehen. Wir waren alle begeistert, haben uns gut erholt und freuen uns schon auf einen nächsten Besuch im „Traumhaften Ferienhaus direkt am Tegernsee“

Perfekte Lage, wunderschönes Objekt, stilvoll saniert

Seit Jahren sind wir Gäste in Rottach-Egern. Das Haus von Herr Wreschniok hat DIE perfekte Lage. Er hat es geschafft das Haus so liebevoll zu sanieren, dass der Charme erhalten blieb. Wir fühlten uns bei unserem Aufenthalt in der ersten Januarwoche wie Zuhause. Vielen Dank wir kommen unbedingt wieder.
