The hotel was old, but the location of hotel is very nice, easy to get to old town area by walk. Poor WIFI connection, and some of Staffs was not really friendly.

提早預定湖景套房、因為靠湖邊所以比較潮溼、所以房間不是很理想跟櫃檯更換靠前區的房間裝潢是新裝修好的＇因為是家庭旅遊，所以其中有一間是三人房實在有夠棒比想像中的還美、房間區有三個床位，還有一個客廳區分隔開來因為是實木地板，所以都是拖鞋在裡面走動就像在家裡一樣有夠讚，早餐豐盛非常完美，這家飯店離新天鵝堡很近，高天鵝堡更近10分鐘、就可以走上去，晚上還可以在湖邊散步是所有的飯店地理位置最棒的、早上去新天鵝堡中午還可以回去休息，下午再去高天鵝堡

Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, auch schon im Vorfeld der Anreise. In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt, sehr gut ausgestattet. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Great place to stay!
The facility was very nice and had a cool design. The room was very comfortable and had a good amount of space, would for sure recommend over staying in a traditional hotel room. The breakfast spread was very good and came with more than enough food and great coffee to top it off. Very close to down ...

The location was excellent. Easy walk to several conveniences. The view was outstanding. The communication was great. We checked in late and they were very helpful and accommodating.
