The staff were the best - accommodating, friendly, quick to address your needs. My room was comfortable and clean, with a spectacular view over the Rijnhaven. The self-service on-site shop was very useful, and I appreciated a real bathroom as opposed to a glass box as in many hotels lately. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

It was a convenient location as we were boarding a Holland America ship the next day. It was literally across the street from the boarding area. The reason I gave it 4 stars was to evening meal area is a food court with really great food choices, but the music was so loud you couldn’t hear anyone.
