“Nice, stylish hotel. Needs a small basin in the toilet. Gym needs a bit of love. Nice touch at breakfast: the many styles of cereal, fresh mint and ginger for tea”

“It is very good for everything.”

“Self-check but the staff are very laid-back :) Many times there is no one at the lobby to serve. Coffee machine is shut down in the lobby. Sparkling water is just normal still water. There was a staff being busy with another couple checking in ( while I got no assist at all when I check in ). I request to get my luggage and he asked me to sit down first. Waited 10 mins and turned out he’s forgot my request and freely chatting with the senior manager. I stood closer and the manager gave him a……

“Good! Nothing to complain”

“Very nice experience, the room was very neat and comfortable. The service at the front desk was very good and gave us an introduction to the city.”
