Our apartment is located in the heart of Rouen, and you will enjoy an exceptional view of the cathedral from the living room and the rooftops of Rouen from the bedroom. We have fitted the mezzanine into a bedroom with a 25 cm mattress.
The accommodation is on the 4th floor without elevator. You will be in the heart of Rouen, you will have direct access to all the shops, a cheese dairy is at the foot of the apartment, a supermarket (Super U) is a 2-minute walk from the apartment, a bakery 30 meters away. right and full of other shops, restaurants ...

Transport:
> The SNCF train station is an 8-minute walk away
> The Palais de justice metro station is a 5-minute walk away
> TEOR stops are a 5-minute walk from the République stop

Emplacement parfait mais dire 2 salles de bain est exagéré car une avec toilette seulement et une avec douche seulement est peu pour 2 couples. La deuxième chambre est sur mezzanine avec plafond très bas.

Great location

The apartment was exactly as described and was very convenient for visiting Rouen for a long weekend. With a nearby grocery store and boulangeries (closed on Sundays!) and an equipped kitchen, it was even possible to have meals in the apartment. Being on the sixth floor with narrow winding staircases with uneven steps, it was difficult to haul up our suitcases! The ceiling above the bathtub was pretty low and it was cramped, but we managed. The mezzanine bedroom had such a low ceiling that you couldn't stand up. We had trouble arriving in town by car and finding parking close by because so many streets are pedestrian only. Overall for four people it was a bit small, but for a good price. With nice big windows in the living room with a partial view of the cathedral and other windows in the bedroom and hallways, it was airy and we could enjoy nice evenings. Thanks!
